Team Philosophy
Varsity/ Junior Varsity
Varsity wrestling is no different than any other sport. We wrestle to win! Mat time is not equal and you earn your spot through a one match wrestle off. With the first two weeks of practice, we will determine our varsity and JV lineups. You must conference with a coach to set up a wrestle off after the lineups have been established. The coaching staff can request wrestlers to wrestle off at anytime. The coaching staff has final say on who wrestles and where the wrestler might wrestle in a competitive meet or tournament.
* To determine the individual section team, the non-varsity wrestler will have to wrestle off twice and win both in order to earn the spot.
* Varsity wrestler vs. Varsity wrestler will be a one match wrestle off.

9th Grade League
The ninth grade league is an opportunity for wrestlers in 7th, 8th, or 9th grade. It is a league that is set up for wrestlers to get more competitive mat time through dual meets and individual tournaments.
